We are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and fair platform. Our Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities and ensures Swix AI is used responsibly, protecting both our customers and their data.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes prohibited uses of the Swix AI platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Swix AI, LLC. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension, termination of access, or legal action.

1. Security & System Integrity
You may not:

Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization

Interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the stability, performance, or security of the Service

Introduce malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other harmful code

Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without express written permission

Use the Service to launch attacks on other systems or networks

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or source code

Bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls

Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
2. Unlawful or Harmful Activities
You may not use the Service to:

Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities

Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights

Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or harm others

Promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, exploitation of minors, or hate speech

Violate privacy rights or unlawfully collect personal information

Engage in identity theft or impersonation

Facilitate illegal gambling, money laundering, or other financial crimes

Distribute or create child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
3. Responsible AI Usage
When using AI features of the Service, including AI Teammates, QuickFlows, ActionFlows, SmartFlows, and content generation tools, you may not:
Prohibited Content Generation:

Generate or disseminate content intended to misinform, defraud, or manipulate individuals or organizations

Create deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading synthetic media without clear disclosure

Produce content that promotes violence, self-harm, dangerous activities, or illegal behavior
-
Generate abusive, discriminatory, hateful, or harassing material
-
Create spam, phishing content, or malicious communications
-
Generate content that violates intellectual property rights or plagiarizes copyrighted works
System Misuse:

Circumvent content filters, safety mechanisms, or usage controls
-
Attempt to manipulate AI models to produce prohibited content
-
Use prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other techniques to override safety guardrails
-
Exploit AI systems to extract training data or proprietary information
Commercial Misuse:

Resell AI outputs as your own proprietary AI service without proper licensing
-
Use the Service to build competing AI products or services
-
Sublicense or redistribute access to the Service to unauthorized third parties
-
Extract or scrape AI model responses for training competing systems
Misinformation & Manipulation:

Generate false news, conspiracy theories, or intentionally misleading content
-
Create political propaganda or electoral manipulation content
-
Produce fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
-
Generate academic dishonesty content (e.g., homework, thesis papers for others)
4. Platform-Specific Misuse
4.1 Credit System Abuse
You may not:

Exploit vulnerabilities in the credit system to obtain unauthorized credits

Use automated scripts to generate excessive requests designed to deplete credits maliciously

Share or resell credits to third parties
-
Attempt to manipulate credit calculations or billing
4.2 Knowledge Base Misuse
You may not:

Upload content you do not have rights to use

Store illegal, harmful, or infringing material in Knowledge Bases
-
Use Knowledge Bases to circumvent content policies
-
Share Knowledge Bases containing confidential information without proper authorization
4.3 Workflow & Automation Abuse
You may not:

Create workflows designed to harass, spam, or harm others
-
Build automation that violates third-party service terms
-
Use ActionFlows or SmartFlows for unauthorized data scraping
-
Create workflows that generate prohibited content at scale
4.4 Multi-Model Access Misuse
You may not:

Attempt to extract proprietary information from underlying AI models
-
Use model access to reverse engineer or replicate model capabilities
-
Exploit differences between models to bypass safety measures
-
Use multiple models to circumvent individual model usage policies
5. Network & Resource Abuse
You may not:

Interfere with other users' access to or use of the Service
-
Overload, flood, spam, or mail-bomb the Service with excessive requests
-
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to misuse, degrade, or overwhelm the platform
-
Consume excessive computational resources in a manner that negatively impacts other users
-
Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage caps, or throttling mechanisms
-
Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities
-
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
6. Data & Privacy Violations
You may not:

Collect, store, or process personal data in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Use the Service to conduct unauthorized surveillance or monitoring
-
Generate content that doxes individuals (publishes private information)
-
Scrape or harvest user data from the Service
-
Use the Service to build databases of personal information without consent
-
Violate data processing agreements or data protection obligations
7. Intellectual Property Violations
You may not:

Use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets

Generate content that plagiarizes or substantially reproduces copyrighted works
-
Upload copyrighted materials to Knowledge Bases without authorization
-
Remove or obscure attribution, copyright notices, or watermarks from generated content

Use generated content in ways that violate the intellectual property rights of others
8. Business & Commercial Restrictions
You may not:

Resell, sublicense, lease, or rent access to the Service without written authorization

Use the Service to provide AI services to third parties as your own offering
-
Benchmark the Service against competitors without permission
-
Use the Service to train competing AI models or services
-
Reverse engineer pricing, algorithms, or business logic
-
Share account access across multiple organizations without proper licensing
9. Reporting & Cooperation
If You Become Aware of Violations:

Report suspected violations to: abuse@swix.ai

Provide specific details and evidence where possible
-
Do not attempt to investigate or remediate violations yourself
User Cooperation:
-
You agree to cooperate with investigations into potential violations
-
Failure to cooperate may be grounds for account suspension
-
You may be required to provide documentation or evidence of compliance
10. Enforcement
10.1 Investigation & Monitoring
Swix AI reserves the right to:

Investigate suspected violations of this Policy
-
Monitor usage patterns for abuse or anomalies
-
Access account data and content as necessary to enforce this Policy
-
Review generated content, workflows, and system logs
10.2 Enforcement Actions
If you violate this Policy, we may, at our sole discretion:

Issue warnings or require corrective action

Temporarily suspend access to the Service
-
Permanently terminate your account
-
Remove or disable prohibited content, workflows, or features
-
Restrict access to specific features (e.g., image generation, certain models)
-
Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
-
Pursue legal action for damages or injunctive relief
-
Refuse to provide refunds for services terminated due to violations
10.3 Repeat Offenders
Accounts with repeated violations may be subject to:

Immediate termination without warning

Permanent ban from the Service

Referral to appropriate authorities
10.4 No Obligation to Monitor
While we reserve the right to monitor for violations, we are not obligated to do so and cannot guarantee detection of all prohibited activity. Users are responsible for their own compliance.
11. Third-Party Services & Integrations
When using the Service with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.):

You must comply with those platforms' acceptable use policies

Swix AI is not responsible for third-party policy violations
-
We may terminate Service access if third-party violations affect the Service

Integration misuse (e.g., spam, unauthorized data collection) is prohibited
12. AI Provider Policies
The Service uses AI models from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI. You must also comply with their usage policies:

Violations of underlying AI provider policies may result in termination of Service access.
13. Content Moderation
13.1 Automated Filtering
The Service may employ automated content filtering and safety systems. Attempts to circumvent these systems violate this Policy.
13.2 Human Review
We may conduct human review of flagged content, workflows, or usage patterns. Content under review may be temporarily suspended.
13.3 False Positives
If you believe content was incorrectly flagged or restricted, contact: support@swix.ai
14. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
14.1 Export Controls
You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export controls, economic sanctions, or embargoes.
14.2 Industry-Specific Regulations
If you operate in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal), you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable regulations (HIPAA, GLBA, etc.).
14.3 Reporting Obligations
Swix AI may report violations to:

15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to address new risks, features, or legal requirements. Updates will be:
