How this scoring tool fits in
This is the standalone Committee Scoring Artifact from our AI RFP Evaluation Suite. It runs entirely in your browser, stores everything locally, and never sends your data anywhere. Open it, paste vendor evaluations in, add your committee, score together, and export the CSV when you're done.
By itself, this tool handles the scoring grid. The full Suite in Swix AI includes two AI agents that do the upstream work for you. Flow A agent reads each RFP and vendor proposal to generate the evaluation (the JSON you paste in here). Flow B agent takes those evaluations and produces the Committee Briefing document your stakeholders use to prep before the meeting.
The framework behind this came from Janette Roush and Skylar Clark at Brand USA. They laid out the cleanest public playbook for AI-assisted RFP evaluation in their Agents of Change webinar series. We productized their framework so DMOs can run it end to end.
